On February 1, 2019, Wyoming will be the lone state enacting and immediately imposing economic nexus standards.
Wyoming - Companies with gross sales of $100,000 or 200 total transactions during the previous or current calendar year have established economic nexus. These companies must register to collect and remit sales tax.
